BMW X1: Small on Size but Big on Features

Some said that nobody could put out a luxury SAV that still fit into the subcompact bracket, but BMW's engineers outdid themselves with the X1. They were able to cram a ton of options without sacrificing much in the way of fuel economy.

That doesn't mean it's not packing some power under the hood, however. The X1 features a turbocharged 228 HP 2.0-liter four cylinder engine that's able to go 0-60 in under 6.5 seconds. While you probably won't be pushing it to its limit, this along with the optional all-wheel drive package should make the X1 a great choice for those who plan on doing a ton of traveling. It even comes with ample amounts of cargo space.

Next time you're in the area make sure to stop by Lithia Motors to take one of these compact crossovers for a test drive.
