Hail to the King

Drop to one knee, bow your head, and prepare to be amazed by the absolutely stunning 2025 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1. A true supercar for under 200K, the ZR1 offers mind-blowing technology in the form of its mid-mounted twin-turbocharged V8 and miraculous chassis. You are ogling at the first factory turbocharged Corvette, producing more power than ever before. Chevrolet tells us this hell hound has the most powerful V8 ever produced for an American car.

It blows away the horsepower figures for all previous Corvettes and even puts the 1,025-hp Dodge Challenger Demon SRT 170 in the rear view. That's because this ZR1 can proudly boast 1,064 horses and has been honed with everything it takes to be the absolute King of Horsepower.

The LT7 Power Plant

Chevy engineers have cranked up the LT6 flat-plane V8 past "eleven" on the hp knob and then ripped it right off. There's a lot of new tech and remarkable hardware riding right behind the pilot; enough to give this 5.5-liter V8 engine an entirely new LT7 designation. The intake system is entirely new. A secondary port fuel-injection system delivers more fuel. The engine itself has been completely reimagined including new pistons, connecting rods, cylinder heads and combustion chambers.

LT7 specific engine-control software will keep all of this running right and a new beefed up eight-speed dual clutch transmission handles all that torque. The rubber meets the road on Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires, 20's up front and 21's in the back. An ZTK Performance Package includes stiffer springs, Pilot Sport Cup 2R tires, and a massive downforce rear wing.
Uncivilized for the Timid
The standard ZR1 includes adaptive suspension combined with exquisite carbon-ceramic brakes and an extremely aggressive aerodynamic package to produce over 1,200 pounds of downforce. We're talking rear wheel drive only with no hybrid assist and a split rear window like the 1963 Corvettes of old. But if you want that split window, you'll need to buy the hardtop couple as the convertible version does not include that little detail.

The 2025 ZR1 is only available in the USA and the Middle East. It is not allowed in the rest of the world because it is just too fast and uncivilized for the timid. As you might imagine, all that horsepower produces a lot of heat and there are 15 heat exchangers on the car just to keep it cool enough to function and an eight-speed dual clutch transmission to handle all that torque.

Colors
Five new wheel designs include four alloy patterns and one carbon-fiber design as well as a removable carbon-fiber roof to help reduce weight. Bright colors include Sebring Orange, Hysteria Purple, and Competition Yellow.
You Have Been Warned
The wild new ZR1 is coming soon, arriving in Chevrolet dealerships in early to mid-2025. General Motors has claimed the top speed on this supercar will be 215 miles per hour. It is being called the ultimate expression of power and prestige.
