Looking at the list of top selling used makes and models of vehicles this year is a lot like looking at America's favorite new cars list. The top selling used cars are a few years older, but buyers are still fond of a reliable family sedan, crossover SUV, or pickup truck to get the job done. Vehicles last longer today than ever before and buying a three-year-old version still has like-new attributes and technology but has already depreciated, saving you major dough over new car prices.
